Terms & Conditions

Our primary goal is to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. We listen to our customer's needs and believe in smooth day-to-day operations, efficient and systemised so we can get back to doing what we love, inspire the world with beautiful furniture! There are no hidden terms or sneaky fees; we just want to make shopping with us as easy as can be.

Tracking your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery, you will receive regular updates via mail and Whatsapp.

Bend Up does everything in its power to speed up the delivery process. However, as some of our product range is custom made, it may take a week to dispatch. For heavy or bulky products we use local packers and movers, hence we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party, contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted by the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

Faulty items and returns

Please inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and give notice to the delivery agent. If the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements and If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, our team will fix the problem as soon as possible. 

 

Any issues will not be considered after final delivery so it is crucial to ensure the product quality at the time of delivery.
